Moalem Weitemeyer advises major shareholder in Intermail

Today, Danish financial sponsor Capidea announced its intention to make a public tender offer for all outstanding shares in Nasdaq Copenhagen listed Intermail (CPH: IMAIL). 
 
The public tender offer for all outstanding shares has a minimum acceptance threshold set at 75.23% and irrevocable undertakings have been received from major shareholders at the same percentage. 
 
Intermail produces envelopes and postal packaging and has expanded its business to also comprise modern and advanced communication solutions. Notably, the company is responsible for producing election cards for Danish elections.
 
Moalem Weitemeyer advises the largest shareholder in Intermail in relation to all legal aspects. The team from Moalem Weitemeyer is Dan Moalem, Jakob Skafte-Pedersen, Joachim Buznicki Nørlem, and Zain Abdin.
