Moalem Weitemeyer advised Dawn Capital in connection with their series B investment in Flatpay. Dawn Capital led the investment with participation from Seed Capital Denmark and other investors. 

Flatpay is an innovative Danish payment solution for businesses, focusing on simplicity and efficiency. Their services include advanced physical payment terminals, and online payment solutions, all designed to streamline business operations.  

Dawn Capital is an early-stage investor that backs companies from Series A and B, with a focus on investing in the software and FinTech sectors.
