Moalem Weitemeyer assists XANO Industri

Moalem Weitemeyer advised XANO Industri in connection with Cipax Industri’s acquisition of Dansk Rotations Plastic in Denmark.

Cipax Industri AB specializes in rotational molding and is part of XANO Industri AB, a Swedish-listed company comprised of engineering firms offering manufacturing and development services for industrial products and automation equipment.

Dansk Rotations Plastic specializes in casting plastic components and reuses any surplus plastic from their production in the manufacturing of other plastic products, such as lids for containers. Dansk Rotations Plastic will be part of XANO Industri’s industrial products business unit, which includes companies that work in polymer materials and have a strong focus on sustainability.
