Moalem Weitemeyer assists Aalborg Boldspilsklub

Aalborg Boldspilklub receives additional funding

In connection with the completed rights issue in 2023, Sports Strategy Excellence 22 GmbH & Co. KG was granted warrants allowing for the subscription of a total of 1,344,781 new shares in Aalborg Boldspilklub A/S.

Aalborg Boldspilklub A/S has announced that Sports Strategy Excellence 22 wishes to exercise warrants for the subscription of 1,025,727 new shares no later than 30 June 2024 generating gross proceeds corresponding to DKK 45,398,667 to further strengthen Aalborg Boldspilklub A/S. Aalborg Boldspilklub A/S will prepare and publish an EU prospectus for the issuance of new shares.
