Moalem Weitemeyer assists Itt Inc.

ITT Inc. completes acquisition of Svanehøj Group.

On 1 November 2023, ITT Inc.(NYSE: ITT) entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Svanehøj Group, a leading provider of customized critical liquid and cryogenic pumps for liquefied gas applications, for a purchase price of around USD 395 million.

This Friday, ITT Inc. has announced the completion of the acquisition of Svanehøj Group.

Moalem Weitemeyer has advised ITT Inc. on all Danish legal aspects of the transaction in close collaboration with global counsel Hogan Lovells.
