PerkinElmer, Inc. completes global divestment of its Applied, Food and Enterprise Services Business to New Mountain Capital for a total consideration of USD 2.45 billion. 
 
The transaction comprised 36 jurisdictions. Moalem Weitemeyer assisted PerkinElmer, Inc. in all Danish law matters.
 
The PerkinElmer Life Sciences and Diagnostics company – which is to be renamed during the second quarter of 2023 – provides end-to-end solutions that help scientists, researchers and clinicians better diagnose diseases and discover new and more personalized drugs.
