Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Röko in connection with their acquisition of the majority shareholding in AJAT Group.

AJAT is a group of companies that design, manufacture, and sell uniforms and products for student graduation in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland. AJAT Group was founded in Denmark in 1992 and has since then expanded in the Nordics through acquisitions. AJAT Group employs 110 people in Denmark, Sweden, and Finland.

Röko is a Swedish-based longterm investment firm with EUR 370 million in committed capital with a local presence in Sweden, Norway, and Germany, and with more than 80 years of combined experience from working with founder and entrepreneurial led companies across a broad range of industries.
