Moalem Weitemeyer assists Triton and Swiss IT Security Group in the acquisition of SecureDevice

Moalem Weitemeyer advised Triton and its portfolio company Swiss IT Security Group AG in its acquisition of 100% of the shares in SecureDevice A/S. 

SecureDevice A/S is a leading Danish security-as-a-service specialist. SecureDevice’s core business is consultancy and advice on and delivery of market-leading IT security solutions for some of Scandinavia’s largest companies in the private and public sectors. 

Swiss IT Security Group AG is a market-leading European cyber security platform offering comprehensive security services and solutions to its customers. With its acquisition of SecureDevice A/S, Swiss IT Security Group AG further strengthens its portfolio of cyber security services and its position as one of Europe’s leading cyber security services companies.
