Moalem Weitemeyer assists JOOL Corporate Finance in connection with Senior secured Bond Issue

CPHI-Holding successfully completes senior secured bond issue.

CPHI-Holding successfully placed its offering of DKK 150 million senior secured bonds. The bond issue was well received by the market and attracted strong interest from both Nordic and international high-quality investors.

CPHI-Holding is a holding company that directly owns a group of companies with their main operations in businesses relating to airport logistics and airport security. The three main operating companies are BBHS, Exruptive and IntelligentTrackSystems.

Moalem Weitemeyer acted alongside Roschier Advokatbyrå AB for JOOL Corporate Finance in connection with the issue in its capacity as corporate finance adviser.
