Moalem Weitemeyer assists APCOA Parking Holdings

APCOA Parking Holdings GmbH senior secured notes offering successfully placed.

Last Friday, APCOA placed its offering of EUR 320,000,000 of fixed rate senior secured notes due in 2027 and EUR 365,000,000 of floating rate senior secured notes due in 2027, making a total aggregate principal amount of EUR 685,000,000.

In addition, a super senior revolving credit facility in the amount of EUR 80,000,000 is made available to APCOA Parking Holdings GmbH and certain other members of the APCOA group, including its Danish subsidiaries.
