Thomas Enevoldsen and Simon Winther Bjerregaard joins as Partners

We are delighted to share that Thomas Enevoldsen and Simon Winther Bjerregaard have joined the partnership at Moalem Weitemeyer.

Thomas Enevoldsen is part of the Firm’s Corporate department. He has extensive experience with complex M&A, private equity, and capital markets matters for Danish and international clients. Thomas has worked for one of the world’s leading law firms, Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates in New York, and he brings first in class international experience to the partnership.

Simon Winther Bjerregaard is part of the Firm’s Real Estate M&A department. He specializes in real estate transactions, as well as real estate develop-ment and commercial law. He has assisted a wide range of prominent domestic and international players with large and complex real estate transactions in Denmark.
