Morten Krogsgaard joins as Partner and Board Member at Moalem Weitemeyer

We are pleased to welcome Morten Krogsgaard as a member of our Firm. Morten also joins Moalem Weitemeyer’s board, where we will benefit from his extensive leadership experience.

Strong Financing Profile
Morten specializes in domestic and international corporate finance matters, and he advises Danish and global financial institutions as well as private equity funds on a wide range of corporate finance issues.

With more than 25 years of experience, Morten brings significant expertise to the Firm’s Corporate Finance department.   

Morten is one of only three Danish lawyers recognized in the Legal500 Hall of Fame in Banking & Finance.

Morten resides in Holte with his wife Milena and their three children Laura, Sofus, and Karla. In his free time, Morten is a decided outdoorsman.
