We are currently looking for Associates with experience in IPR & IT and Competition Law.

As part of our corporate commercial team with focus on IPR & IT, you will work within several legal areas, including commercial contracts and IP and IT, in a cross-jurisdictional context. The work is a combination of M&A assistance, stand-alone assignments, and ad hoc litigation assistance.

As part of our corporate commercial team with focus on Compeition Law, you will work within all stages of competition cases from preliminary investigations and administrative procedures to the handling of cases involving penalties or damages before the Danish and European courts, as well as with merger control and Foreign Direct Investments.
