Frantz Sigersted-Rasmussen


Frantz heads the Firm’s Real Estate practice. He advises Danish as well as international clients in all types of real estate cases, including transactions, financing cases, development and construction projects, establishment of real estate funds, negotiation and drafting of contracts regarding rentals, leasing and sale-and-lease-back, project management agreements, etc. Frantz is also a part of our Dispute Resolution practice, advising on all types of commercial disputes as well as engaging in litigation and arbitration.
