COVID-19: Business Leases

Nedlukningen af Danmark har allerede haft betydelige konsekvenser for hele Danmark. Særlig ramt er restauranter, caféer, spillesteder, biografer, mv., men også den øvrige detailindustri er under pres. Disse virksomheder er ofte drevet fra lejede lokaler, hvilket aktualiserer en række spørgsmål i relation til retsstillingen mellem udlejer og lejer, herunder om lejer er forpligtet til at betale leje, om lejer kan kræve lejenedsættelse eller henstand med lejebetalinger, om udlejer kan ophæve lejemålet og konsekvenserne heraf.
