Moalem Weitemeyer represented Equip Capital , a Nordic private equity firm that specializes in investments in profitable small and medium-sized companies with unrealized growth potential operating within the consumer, industrials, and business services sectors, in its acquisition of a portfolio of companies that were previously part of the Lakers Group including the Danish entities  Elmodan, Electro Care, and Electro Performance.

Moalem Weitemeyer advised alongside Hannes Snellman.

Elmodan A/S, Electro Care ApS, and Electro Performance A/S are all specialized in the sale, distribution, and service of electromechanical equipment, including pumps, generators, and lighting.
