Moalem Weitemeyer advised Polaris Private Equity and current and former members of the management of DXC Technology’s Eclipse business, Jørgen Jakobsen and René Ebbesen, in connection with a private equity backed management buy-out of certain assets and liabilities of DXC Technology’s Eclipse-business in Denmark, Norway and Sweden.

DXC Technology’s Eclipse business is a Microsoft Dynamics consulting business with approximately 400 passionate employees, deep relationships with more than 1,500 customers and a proven track record as a trusted partner in assisting customers run their mission-critical systems and operations while modernizing IT, optimizing data architectures, and ensuring security and scalability across public, private and hybrid clouds.

Polaris Private Equity is a Danish private equity firm which has consistently focused on investing in Nordic mid-sized companies.
