Aalborg Boldspilklub receives significant financial Contribution with Moalem Weitemeyer as acting legal Counsel

In connection with an upcoming rights issue, Sports Strategy Excellence 22 will acquire approx. 20% of the shares in Aalborg Boldspilklub, and other local shareholders will provide capital in the form of loans and equity, which in total will reach DKK 45,000,000. Other instruments are issued as well, resulting in Aalborg Boldspilklub A/S potentially receiving up to DKK 105,000,000.

Aalborg Boldspilklub A/S is a Danish 3F Superliga football club based in North Jutland in Denmark with a rich football history.

Aalborg Boldspilklub and Sports Strategy Excellence 22 will together further develop Aalborg Boldspilklub’ sports domain, including the AaB Academy. The long-term goal of the collaboration is to create a 3F Superliga team that is permanently part of the top of Danish football.
