Moalem Weitemeyer represented Klaravik AB in its joint acquisition of Nordisk Logistik Partner and Dansk Auktions Service.

Moalem Weitemeyer advised alongside Skadden and Vinge.

 Klaravik operates a leading auction website specializing in the arrangement of sales of commercial assets, including machines, tools, and vehicles. Klaravik has 190 employees, 390,000 registered bidders and every week thousands of new assets are put up for auction. In 2021 Klaravik had a turnover of just over SEK 3 billion.
