Moalem Weitemeyer assists Thylander Gruppen

Moalem Weitemeyer has assisted Thylander Gruppen in its acquisition of a significant residential portfolio from Danica Ejendomme comprising five properties on attractive locations in Copenhagen, Hillerød, and Nærum.

Thylander Gruppen has since the company was founded in 1986 build a strong real estate portfolio, including not only residential housing units, but also office units and development projects in Denmark. Currently, Thylander Gruppen manages 150 properties in Denmark through 10 investment funds worth DKK 15 billion.
