Moalem Weitemeyer represented PSG Equity, a leading growth equity firm investing in software and technology-enabled services companies, in connection with the USD +50 million Series B investment round in ZeroNorth A/S with participation from A.P. Moller Holding and Cargill.

ZeroNorth, a spinout of Maersk Tankers, was founded with a mission to decarbonize the shipping industry by helping vessel owners and managers operate their vessels more efficiently to reduce CO2 emissions and thereby supporting the industry’s drive towards more sustainable development.
