Solar acquires 100% of the shares in the lightning company Højager Belysning.

Højager Belysning is a trading and consultancy company established more than 40 years ago. They specialise in delivering lighting for private companies, housing associations and public institutions in Denmark, and is a leading supplier within sales of light sources and lighting for the public sector.

Nasdaq Copenhagen listed Solar is a leading European sourcing and services company mainly within electrical, heating & plumbing and climate & energy solutions. The company generated revenue of approx. DKK 12.4 billion in 2021 and has approx. 2,900 employees.

The acquisition will allow Solar to expand its presence on the public sector market and utilize synergies and market opportunities in collaboration with the management team of Højager Belysning.

Moalem Weitemeyer represented the sellers in connection with the sale of Højager Belysning A/S to Nasdaq Copenhagen listed Solar A/S.
