Moalem Weitemeyer represented Prosero Security Group, a portfolio company of Swedish PE firm Valedo Partners, in connection with the acquisition of HARDI-V, a full-service provider of technical security.

Prosero Security Group is a leading Nordic security provider established in 2017 with the ambition of consolidating, professionalizing and developing the industry within installation and service of locks, alarms and surveillance solutions. The acquisition of HARDI-V marks Prosero’s strong local presence in over 100 locations in Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Denmark.
