Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Waterland Private Equity portfolio company EnviDan in the acquisition of Arealtek.

EnviDan is a rapidly growing Scandinavian company with offices in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. EnviDan provides holistic solutions for the water, wastewater, energy, and environmental sectors, as well as financial advice and a wide range of software solutions for its Danish, Norwegian and Swedish clients.

Waterland Private Equity is a leading European private equity fund that has successfully completed more than 600 investments with offices in Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK, France, Ireland, Switzerland, and Poland.
