Moalem Weitemeyer assisted the sellers of True Gum

Moalem Weitemeyer has assisted the sellers of True Gum in connection with the sale of all shares to Nasdaq Stockholm listed company Humble Group.

True Gum produces chewing gum and pastilles which are plastic-free and biodegradable. The company was founded back in 2017 by Peter Regnersgaard, Morten Ebdrup, Jacob Motzfeldt and Zabrina Ziegler, and it has prior to this sale had remarkable investors onboard, such as Oyster Bay Venture Capital.
