Moalem Weitemeyer assisted the owners of Intellishore in connection with the sale to the Finnish company Solita (backed by private equity fund Apax).

Intellishore, the Danish data analytics and strategy consultancy company, joins forces with Solita, a leading Finnish technology, data, and design company. The acquisition will fortify Intellishore’s market position with more than 1,200 new colleagues to continue its steep growth curve in the Danish and international markets.

Intellishore continues to operate as an independent company as part of the Solita Group, with both founders continuing to work for the joint group.
