Moalem Weitemeyer assists EnviDan

Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Waterland Private Equity’s portfolio company EnviDan in the carve-out acquisition of VA-INGENJÖRERNA.

EnviDan is a Scandinavian company in strong growth with offices in Denmark, Sweden and Norway. EnviDan provides holistic solutions for the water, waste water, energy and environmental sectors, as well as financial advice and a wide range of software solutions for its Danish, Norwegian and Swedish clients.

Waterland Private Equity is a leading European private equity fund which has successfully completed more than 600 investments with offices in Denmark, the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, UK, France, Ireland, Switzerland, and Poland.
