Moalem Weitemeyer assists Battery Ventures and its portfolio company Clubessential Holdings

Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Battery Ventures and its portfolio company Clubessential Holdings in connection with the acquisition of Exerp from TechnoGym S.p.a, a company listed on the Milanese stock exchange.

Exerp is a global leader of SaaS membership solutions for enterprise fitness operators, such as the global fitness brands Lifetime Fitness, SATS, Virgin Active and PureGym. Exerp has subsidiaries in the US and Australian and the combined group will constitute a strong add-on to Clubessential Holdings’ current business operations within club management software solutions.
