Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Triton and Dantaxi in the acquisition of HB-Care.

Triton-backed Dantaxi, which is Denmark's largest hauliers company, has announced that it has acquired 100% of the shares in HB-Care, Denmark’s leading supplier of special transport services, from CataCap.
