Moalem Weitemeyer assisted in the Sale of FinPro to Polaris

Moalem Weitemeyer assisted the Sellers in Connection with the Sale of FinPro to Danish Private Equity Fund Polaris, as part of the newly established North Group

FinPro is an independent financial procurement and consulting company specializing within optimization of financial products, payment solutions and terms for midsize and large corporations and capital funds.

FinPro will be part of the newly established North group which consists of Contea, Jysk Pension and Status, which were all acquired by Polaris as part of this transaction. North will offer independent and complete financial procurement to businesses, organisations and their employees, by combining the fields of expertise of the companies which form the North group.
