Moalem Weitemeyer assisted Dedalus Group in the acquisition of Danish company Amphi Systems A/S, a provider of digital emergency care processes, from ambulances to emergency departments.

The acquisition will allow Dedalus to further consolidate and strengthen its presence in the Nordics, where Amphi Systems has longstanding experience in supporting the national project for digital emergency care.
