Moalem Weitemeyer assisted KPS Capital Partners

KPS Capital Partners-owned Howden Group has completed a re-negotiation of its existing USD 1,325,000,000 senior secured credit facility to decrease the interest rate and to take on a new USD 75,000,000 add-on term loan. The capital raised will be used for general corporate purposes and add-on acquisitions.
